Registration (annual): $250.00-due at time of acceptance, or (re)-enrollment
Materials (annual): $350.00-due at time of acceptance, or (re)-enrollment
Testing (new enrollment only): $ 75.00-due at time of testing, must be paid with a
money order or cashiers check.
